All test and evaluation products must be returned to EOTECH within 21 days of receipt by the requesting agency. The requesting agency will be invoiced when the product ships. Agency has 21 days to either pay the invoice or return the product. Any request for extended test and evaluation beyond the 21 days period must be approved prior to receipt of the requested products.
